香港玻璃藝術發展學會由一群熱愛玻璃藝術的朋友成立於2004年，是一個本港註冊的非牟利社團，目標是推廣玻璃藝術在香港的發展，推動更多人參與、認識、研究、瞭解玻璃藝術，讓玻璃藝術融入生活，提升文化素質，促進社會健康和諧發展。

學會正積極籌辨各項多元化活動；如設立香港首個以玻璃藝術為主題的網站及琉言網(討論區)；供玻璃藝術愛好者交流心得，並將定期舉辦各樣活動讓會員能加深對玻璃藝術的認識及欣賞，如座談會、參觀、會員作品展覽、出版刊物，海外考察、邀請知名玻璃藝術家蒞臨本港作交流等。

Hong Kong Glass Art Development Society (HKGADS) was formed by a group of glass art lovers in 2004 as a non-profit organization, with the aim to foster the development of glass art in Hong Kong so that more people can participate, get a better understanding, drill into research, be cognizant of and share the enjoyment of creating glass art.

Our Commitment is to dedicate our utmost efforts to enhancing our members' cognizance and appreciation for glass art. Apart from establishing Hong Kong's first website solely devoted to the love of glass art and an online chat room that allows members to share their experience, we will also regularly organize activities of different nature such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, publications, inviting famous glass artists overseas to conduct talks, etc.
